Initial Discussion
When you contact us with your question or challenge, we help you to hone objectives and set project parameters.
 
Written Proposal and Bid
We conduct a preliminary search and submit a written proposal that outlines objectives, approach, services, deliverables, cost, and timeframe. We work primarily on a flat fee, per project basis.
 
Client Communication
When you give us approval to proceed, we develop an appropriate search strategy and/or telephone interview protocol. Our research process is creative: we evaluate interim results against your objectives and make adjustments to the strategy as necessary, keeping you abreast of our progress. If we encounter any barriers or surprises, we inform you immediately.
 
Analysis and Delivery of Results
We analyze the research results against your objectives and present only the most relevant information for your use.
 
Our basic service includes electronic delivery of full-text articles with key passages indicated in bold-faced type. The document is headed by a table of contents. A cover letter outlines what we have found, guides you through the results, and makes recommendations for action or further exploration or consideration.
 
If a written report is part of your project, we customize it to your specifications. We are available to walk you through the results or present them in person to your organization.
